How do I get started?
Sign up and your venue goes live on Launch right away — it's free, with no card and nothing to activate. Move up to Pro whenever you need it and pay via QR Ph, GCash, Maya, or card; those payments are one-time per period (monthly or yearly), so there's no surprise auto-charge and no lock-in.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Pickle OS runs in the browser on the tablet, laptop, or phone you already have. Cast the live scoreboard to any TV with a Chromecast or smart-TV browser.
How do online payments work?
Players book through your link and pay by scanning your QR Ph, GCash, or Maya details. You confirm the reference in the console, and the slot is locked in before they arrive.
What do the plans include?
Launch is free and runs 10 courts with unlimited online booking — QR Ph, GCash, and Maya — plus the open-play queue and paddle-stack. Pro unlocks the point of sale, the live courts board and court scoring, the TV scoreboard, and reports, with up to 20 courts and unlimited online bookings.
Can I run open play and court reservations at the same time?
Yes. The queue handles open-play rotation and paddle-stack, while court reservations book specific time slots. Both share one schedule so nothing double-books.
What happens when I hit my plan's limits?
Nothing breaks, your venue keeps running. Online bookings are unlimited on every tier; the only cap on Launch is 10 courts, so you'll see a prompt to move up to Pro when you add another one.
